My friend, whom I have known for years, is known as "the cat lady" because she is really into cats. I am not using her name because I want to surprise her. For the last 30 years, she has helped rescue thousands of cats.

As time passes, we all get older and can't do as much—ME INCLUDED. She is still rescuing cats, but as of late, some have special needs while continuing to work with CARE cat adoption and rescue efforts.

Her selflessness is genuinely remarkable. She gives so much to others, particularly to the cats she rescues.
